Outer & Inner Fire
being outside in the forest.
feel and experience the change of day and night,
light and dark and the seasons.
connect with what surrounds us, yourself and the others in the group.
feeling into spring.
feeling the energy rising.
get to know the element of fire better.
is it familiar to me?
what does it have to tell me?
what am I burning for?
what is close to my heart?
what fulfils me?
what ideas and visions would like to be put into practice?
where can I bring more lightness and joy into my life?
it is our body that speaks to us. become quiet and listen.learn what treasures and answers lie hidden within it.

This retreat is guided by Olivia
I’m Olivia and I’m looking forward already to accompany you and the group on this very special journey. I’m a systemic nature therapist. My vision is to help you to connect with your inner and outer nature. There is so much to discover out there – especially about ourselves. I’m aiming to support and guide you through your discoveries based on your own personal perspective.
What do I need to bring?
You'll get a detailed packing list once you register. To get an idea see here:
-
(inflatable) sleeping mat (alternatively you can also sleep on a yoga or foam mat)
-
sleeping bag
-
tarp & ropes (can be purchased for 6,50€ at Bauhaus)
-
for eating: plate or bowl, cup, cuttlery
-
head light or flash light
-
pocket knife
We won't walk a lot with the equipment, meaning you don't need a big hiking backpack. Here you can read more about my wild camping equipment and tips.
What are the pillars of this retreat?

Where does it take place?
The retreat will take place close to Eberswalde. We'll spend our time in a little private forest next to an old manor (where we'll also have an emergency shelter and the luxury of a compost toilet). The concrete location will be sent to you after your registration.
We are organizing car pools from Berlin and you can also easily arrive via train to Eberswalde and we give you a lift from there.
